How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your dog's chest girth and neck circumference, then comparing them to our guide. If your dog is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items with excessive pet hair or odors may not be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Are your products machine washable?
Most of our hoodies and knitwear are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and prevent shrinkage.
