Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and handled correctly.
Pack the Essentials
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be free of pet hair and signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.
Ship and Relax
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
